Celebrating Joliet’s Five PACT Award Winners

Monroe Truck Equipment’s core values drive our team to successful collaboration year after year. We created our PACT awards to celebrate the team members who exemplify our values every single day. PACT stands for:

At the “core” of our core values is excellence. We define excellence by exceeding customer expectations through developing our people, processes, and products to be the best in the market.

Recently, our Joliet team awarded five team members with PACT awards for their commitment to our core values and their incredible contributions to the success of the entire team. 

Joliet’s John Buss nominated Tyler Anderson, John Johnson, Brandon Guido, and J. Saul Lopez for PACT awards. Tyler was nominated for the Teamwork PACT award. Tyler is an excellent team player, he is always willing to help his co-workers and troubleshoot when any issues arise.  

John was also nominated for the Teamwork PACT. award. John not only works hard every day, but he is always willing to step up and help anyone in the facility when needed. 

Saul was nominated for an Accountability PACT award. During his time at Monroe Truck Equipment, Saul has grown extraordinarily as an installer.  He has a desire to learn new things and continues to develop his skills as an installer.

Brandon was nominated for a Customer Focus PACT award. Brandon always takes pride in his workmanship, and makes sure to go the extra mile to satisfy customer needs.  He is a reliable part of our team, and is always willing to take on additional tasks when asked.

Joliet’s Office Manager, Jaclyn Bojovic, nominated Jimmy Yates for a Passion PACT award.  Jimmy has been working incredibly hard over the past month to keep up in the yard and warehouse.  He does an excellent job keeping both our customers and installers happy.  

We are so proud of each and every one of our team members and are happy to celebrate those who go above and beyond to live out our core values every day. Congratulations to all of our Joliet PACT award winners and our PACT winners across all of our locations.
