Our Marshfield, WI location is proud to celebrate the career of our Truck Equipment Installer, Justin Wilke. Justin joined Monroe Truck Equipment in December of 2020, and we recently passed his one year anniversary of him joining the team. His birthday is also at the end of January, so this is truly the perfect time to celebrate all of Justin’s contributions!
Justin is our TE Installer & Lead on our Light Duty Side. He has led many important and interesting projects over his year on our team. In September of 2021, he was responsible for installing our “Truck of the Month” which was a 2021 International CV Snowfighter with 10’ BOSS straight blade, 10’ BOSS V-DXT snow plows, 8’mid-mount wing, replacement tailgate spreader, and Spitzlift crane.
He was also part of the crew who built the biggest 1-ton Snow Fighter that the Marshfeild location has ever had, which was an exciting moment for our team. Justin also pitches in around the shop outside of his impressive installations. He painted our shop in order to update the working space for his coworkers.
Justin contributes to the community at large just as much as he contributes to the Monroe community. Outside of work, Justin cuts grass and shovels the properties of his older neighbors. He also supports “Fishin’ For a Mission,” which is a huge ice fishing tournament that supports St. Jude’s Children Hospital. Last year’s competition raised nearly $17,000 for the non-profit! For fun, Justin loves to fish, hunt and UTV with his wife and three children.
