In November, we announced the plans that Aebi Schmidt, a global leader of intelligent solutions for the treatment of mission critical infrastructure areas and demanding terrain, would acquire Monroe Truck Equipment. We are proud to share that as of December 15th, 2021, Monroe Truck Equipment has officially joined the Aebi Schmidt Group.
