Monroe Truck Equipment is proud to introduce Sean Keating, our new Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Sean’s unique industry and drive will quickly make a difference for our HR department. With the support of our incredible HR team, Sean is already adjusting to the Monroe workflow, and helping to bring in new, quality talent.
Sean worked as a specialist at a staffing agency, and has also served as a consultant for companies that are focusing on reducing turnover. His background is ideal for this new role where he will help Monroe Truck Equipment continue to develop our team.
Before lockdown, Sean worked with children to teach them critical math skills through playing challenging board games. He also performed in community theater for over 4 years. As a self-described nerd, Sean loves to play a variety of play board, video, computer, and tabletop games. When the community can safely travel, Sean plans on going to the movies, camping, going to Renaissance Faires, and enjoying time with his family and friends.
